DEBURRING & BUFFING

Deburring and polishing is a process by which a polishing belt is used to remove parting lines, burrs, metal flow, sinks, pits or another metal impurities in preparation for buffing or painting. Buffing is the process of smoothing metals to a bright, smooth mirror-like finish using buffing compound and cloth buffing wheels.

All of our deburring/polishing and some buffing is done by hand and by one of our skilled polishes and buffers who all have at least 10 years experience. Buffing can also be done on one of our six automated buffing machines. We leverage the volume of the job and complexity of the surface to be finished in order to determine the best possible process. We have the capability and capacity to run high volume and low volume jobs while maintaining a close eye on all quality details./p>
